Samia Saleem is a design leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Core UX Design at GitHub, where they focus on enhancing core user experiences. They have previously held significant roles at Nike as the Senior Director of UX Design and at Unity Technologies as Head of UX, Brand & Design. Samia co-founded Karta and Neon & Sons, and is recognized for founding the design publication "Degrees of Separation," which features reflections on Hurricane Katrina. Additionally, they have served as a design advisor at fiveonefour since 2024 and have had a diverse career spanning various roles in user experience design across multiple companies.
