Garett Chisum is currently the Director of US Commercial FP&A at Gilead Sciences in the San Francisco Bay Area. Previously, Garett held various roles at Gilead Sciences, including Senior Manager and Associate Director, and at McKesson as a Senior Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis, where they led significant financial initiatives. Garett began their career as an Electrical Engineer at SPAWAR, where they managed projects that developed valuable underwater acoustic technology for the US Navy. They earned an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
