Gabin Wu is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of Digital Manufacturing PMO at Gilead Sciences since November 2023. Previously, at Genentech, Gabin held several senior roles including Sr. Director of Tech Ops Digital Portfolio & PMO, where responsibilities included orchestrating a global digital portfolio focused on delivering business value through data analytics. As Sr. Director of Digital Quality, Gabin initiated advanced analytics programs using NLP-based AI solutions to enhance operational quality and compliance within the Pharma Technical Operations unit. Additionally, as Director of GMP Compliance, strategic insights were provided to improve the quality and compliance function through advanced data analytics. Gabin began a career in microbiology at MSD, responsible for environmental monitoring and quality control testing.
