Additional experience includes roles at SRA International, Wolseley UK, and Citi, with a strong focus on infrastructure operations, end-user services, and technology management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz and ongoing participation in the Wolseley Leadership Development Program at Virginia Tech.
