Alexander Preuss is an experienced Market Access and Commercial Leader with a strong track record in driving go-to-market strategies and reimbursement negotiations across international markets. They held key positions at Pfizer and Gilead Sciences, leading marketing and sales departments and overseeing successful product launches, including a pioneering therapy for Hepatitis Delta. Alexander has also managed market access strategies and commercial launches for various therapeutic areas while maintaining local responsibilities for public and governmental affairs in Austria. They hold multiple degrees in Business Informatics and are currently pursuing further education in Financial Leadership for Executives at Universität St.Gallen.
