With over 20 years of experience in general insurance, Vaibhav specializes in transforming business needs into technical solutions and managing customer portfolios across the Middle East and African regions. They have previously held positions at AXA Insurance and AIG Memsa Insurance Co Ltd, and began their career as an Onsite Developer at Insyst. Vaibhav holds an Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and a Diploma in Investment Studies from Mumbai University, and is certified in Project Management, Lean and Six Sigma, among other fields.
