Peter Goh is the Global Head of Human Resource & Organization at GIC, a role they have held since 2008, overseeing various global HR functions including Talent Management and Employee Relations. Previously, Peter worked at DSTA as a Manager in the Directorate of R&D, and at DSO National Laboratories as a Research Scientist focusing on Energetic Materials. They also served as Head of Human Resource at A*STAR, managing policies and talent management. Currently, Peter is pursuing advanced degrees in Natural Sciences, Chemistry, Organizational Psychology, and an Advanced Management Programme from prestigious institutions such as the University of Cambridge and INSEAD.
