Michaela Guillory is a Senior Manager of Employee Experience & Operations at Giant Noise, where they leverage their passion for helping others achieve their goals. Previously, Michaela served as a Special Project Manager at the same company and worked as a Behavioral Therapist at Action Behavior Centers from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, they are a Co-Founder of Gather & Co. Events, which began operations in 2025. Michaela earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas State University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Austin Community College.
