Michael Barnett is a Senior Coastal Engineer at GHD, where they currently lead coastal engineering initiatives. They previously held significant roles at Tetra Tech as a Senior Coastal Engineer and served as Bureau Chief at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, overseeing staff and managing Florida's Beach Management Program. Michael's prior experience also includes serving as Vice President at Applied Technology & Management, Inc. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Master of Engineering in Coastal & Oceanographic Engineering from the University of Florida.
