Jamie Black, P.Eng, is an Intermediate Project Engineer at GHD since July 2023, with a solid background in transportation engineering gained through previous roles at HDR, McIntosh Perry, and Global Affairs Canada. At HDR, experience as a Transportation Engineer and Transportation EIT involved multiple transportation projects, while at McIntosh Perry, responsibilities included developing detail design and preliminary design contract packages, as well as serving as a Junior Inspector focusing on concrete repairs and traffic control operations on highways. Further work at Global Affairs Canada involved evaluating seismic retrofit options for diplomatic buildings.
