Ervin Kolici, P.Eng, MSc, is a Senior Civil Engineer with over 26 years of experience in Civil and Water Engineering. Ervin's career includes positions as a Teaching and Training professional at Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës and roles in project supervision and onsite engineering across various companies.
