Scott Bennett is currently the Senior Vice President and State and Local Market Sector Leader at GFT and serves as the Senior Vice President of Government Market Sector at TranSystems. Previously, they held the role of Director of Highways and Transportation at the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department from 1989 to 2020 and worked as a Vice President/Transportation Marketing Director at Volkert, Inc. until 2022. Scott also served as the Director at the Arkansas Department of Transportation from 1988 to 2020 before retiring. They earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
