Nabila Jamal Rusha is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and project management, currently holding a position at GetYourGuide since February 2022. Previously, Nabila served at BGMEA from July 2013 to September 2018, undertaking roles such as Senior Deputy Secretary, Liaison Officer, and Project Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating productivity improvement initiatives and skill development projects funded by the World Bank, as well as managing stakeholder relations and office administration. Nabila has also worked as a Research and Admin Assistant with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Bonn, focusing on country profiles and factsheets for the textile industry, and gained early experience as a volunteer at BCB. Nabila's educational background includes a Master's degree in Analysis and Design of Social Protection Systems from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration.
