Michaël Raphaël is the General Director at Getinge, overseeing the operations of the industrial site in Vendome and the Product Area Sterile Transfer & Nuclear. With over 18 years of experience in technical and operational management, Michaël previously served as Director of the Nuclear Business Unit at Getinge. Michaël holds an Executive MBA from EDHEC Business School and degrees in general engineering and welding engineering. Currently, Michaël is pursuing an Executive PhD in Management Science at Paris-Dauphine University, focusing on strategic decision-making.
