Ramon Moraes is currently the Gerente de Segurança do Trabalho at Gerdau, where they focus on integrating health and safety across industrial and engineering sectors. From 2019 to 2021, they served as an Especialista de Excelência Operacional, enhancing operational excellence and process improvement. Before that, Ramon worked in various roles at Gerdau, including Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho e Meio Ambiente and Coordenador de Segurança do Trabalho, where they developed safety programs and managed accident investigations. Ramon holds a degree from Centro Universitário Estadual da Zona Oeste, completed in 2019.
