José Manuel Ramírez, MBA, demonstrates a strong background in Human Resources within the Digital Advertising and architecture sectors. Serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at Lionbridge from 2013 to 2016, José implemented policies that earned the company a "Great Place to Work" certification in Central America and the Caribbean for 2016. Subsequently, in roles at Prodigious Latin America by Publicis Groupe and Catalina USA, José managed comprehensive HR functions and achieved a similar certification for Prodigious in 2020. Currently, as Regional Human Resources Director at Gensler, José continues to influence organizational culture and employee engagement. Education includes an MBA from INCAE Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
