Udhav Agarwal is a Principal Consultant and Solution Architect with over 18 years of experience specializing in enterprise business solutions for CRM services. Currently at Genpact, Udhav focuses on designing and implementing Oracle EBS CRM services across various industries including healthcare and telecommunications. Previously, Udhav held roles as a Lead Consultant and Technofunctional Consultant at GENPACT India, IBM India, and NetConnectGlobal, working extensively with clients to enhance business processes and systems.
