Harshitha Ravi is a strategy-driven professional currently serving as Vice President at Genpact, where they lead advisory and consulting efforts for Hi-Tech and Manufacturing clients. Previously, Harshitha held diverse roles at Genpact, including Chief of Staff and Strategic Projects Lead, and was involved in transformation initiatives focused on data, technology, and AI. They co-founded Ordook, a food-tech startup, and gained foundational consulting experience at KPMG and EY after working in the education sector as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Chrysalis. Harshitha holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Commerce from Stella Maris College, and they are also a passionate sports enthusiast with a background in competitive table tennis.
