Hailey Eichner is an accomplished professional with a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, earned in 2019. They have served as a Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Genpact, managing special projects and supporting executive initiatives from 2019 to 2022. Prior to this, they gained valuable experience at Bloomberg LP as an Equity Strategy Research Intern and at UBS Investment Bank in various intern roles. Hailey started their career at Rockport, where they managed client accounts and improved team efficiency through mentorship.
