Based in Costa Rica, Arian oversees operations in Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash across 17 countries while acting as an F&A Subject Matter Expert. Arian has led complex transitions and client-facing engagements, applying industry best practices to drive process maturity and team empowerment. Arian holds a Licentiate degree in Accounting and Finance from Universidad de las Ciencias y el Arte de Costa Rica.
