Henriette Misander has extensive experience in intellectual property rights, currently serving as Vice President and Head of IPR at Genmab since May 2011, following a progressive career that includes roles as Senior Director and IPR Manager. Prior to Genmab, Henriette held the position of IPR Manager at Novozymes A/S and has also worked as a Partner at Plougmann & Vingtoft A/S and a Patent Consultant at Novozymes. Henriette began professional career as a Researcher at Osteopro/Nordic Bioscience A/S. Educational qualifications include a Cand. Scient degree in Biochemistry from Københavns Universitet and European patent law credentials (EQE) obtained between 2005 and 2006.
