Stefano Pasquali is an accomplished audit and financial services professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Group Head Office & Thematic Audit at Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. since April 2019, Stefano manages the Financial Audit team and oversees the planning and execution of audits across the Generali Group. Previously, Stefano held the position of Chairman of the Board for Zurich's executive pension and health fund, and served as Head of Internal Audit for Zurich Group Italy, where responsibilities included managing audit functions and regulatory compliance. With a background that also includes roles at Intesa Sanpaolo Vita and PwC, Stefano's expertise spans internal audit, risk management, and financial regulatory frameworks. Stefano holds a degree in Economics from Università Bocconi and completed classical studies at Ginnasio-Liceo Classico Mellerio Rosmini.
