Shawn Getty is the owner of Swamp Stick LLC, a company they founded in 2018 that specializes in waterfowl hunting products. Prior to this, Shawn held various engineering roles at General Motors from 2014 to 2015, including Calibration Specialist and Vehicle System Integration Engineer for GM Defense, where they contributed significantly to government programs and performance variants. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and two Master of Science degrees in Engineering Mechanics from Penn State University, where they also worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant.
