Ryan Jiang is currently the Head of CCA at General Motors, having begun this role in 2021. With prior experience as a Senior Manager of Business Development at Jaguar Land Rover from 2012 to 2020, and as Director of Customer Experience at Volvo Cars from 2020 to 2021, they have cultivated a strong background in business development and project management within the automotive industry. Ryan also served as a Project Manager at Ford Motor Company from 2010 to 2012. They are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Alliance Manchester Business School.
