Michael Rhodes is a performance-driven automotive professional with extensive experience in electric vehicle (EV) systems and root cause analysis. From 2006 to 2016, they honed their skills as an Automotive Service Technician and later advanced to positions at General Motors, where they have served as Group Lead and Subject Matter Expert in High Voltage Renewable Energy Storage Systems (RESS) since 2017. Rhodes’ responsibilities include managing teams, conducting failure analysis, and leading cross-functional efforts in the field. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Automotive Business Marketing and Management at Northwood University. Previously, Rhodes worked at Continental as an Engineering Technician from 2016 to 2017, focusing on wireless technology and testing.
