Rajaram Parthasarathy, known as Raj, is currently the Delivery Leader for South Asia People Operations at GE VERNOVA. With extensive experience in the industrial engineering industry, they have held various leadership roles at GE since 2008, including Sr Manager of Payroll & Benefits and Delivery Leader for HR Operations across multiple regions. Raj has also worked with Avon as Operations & Customer Service Manager and held roles at GE Healthcare and Hutchison Essar South Ltd. They are pursuing a degree in commerce with a focus on accounts from the University of Calcutta.
