Mark Townsend is a Data Center Systems Architect at ABB Electrification Products, where they validate mission-critical power architecture and provide guidance during system installations. Previously, Mark served as a Field Service Engineer for Toshiba & APC and held various engineering and management roles at GE. Throughout their career, Mark has been involved in numerous projects, ensuring the operational efficiency of uninterruptible power systems in data centers. Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of West Florida. Prior to their engineering career, Mark was a U.S. Marine, where they gained extensive technical and leadership experience.
