Larry Cogut has extensive experience in program management and leadership roles at General Dynamics and General Dynamics Information Technology since 2006. Currently serving as the Director of Civilian Programs, Larry has been instrumental in overseeing various initiatives within the civilian sector. In addition to this role, Larry has held the position of Senior Program Manager. Larry holds an educational background from the University of Michigan, where studies were completed from 1966 to 1969.
