David Meer has an extensive career in engineering and management within the defense industry, highlighted by a tenure at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems since 1997, where David served as Sr. Technical Manager and retired as Sr. Technical Manager, Radar. David also held the role of Senior Engineering Manager at General Dynamics AIS and served as Lead Radar Analyst and Raid Analysis Functional Manager for the Missile Defense Agency from October 2011 to August 2024. Earlier in David's career, a position as Program Manager at Spectrum Astro, Inc. from 1997 to 2004 was followed by a distinguished 20-year service in the US Air Force, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.
