David W. Scott is currently the Director of Mission Theology at the General Board of Global Ministries. They earned a Ph.D. in Religious Studies from Boston University, where they specialized in the History of Christianity, particularly non-Western Christianity. Prior to this role, David held the position of Pieper Chair of Servant Leadership at Ripon College, where they taught courses on Eastern religions and promoted leadership development initiatives. David has also worked as a Planner for Greater Lynn Senior Services, conducting needs assessments and evaluations, and served as Special Projects Manager for the Fox Valley Workforce Development Board.
