Yareli Maciel Acevedo is a scientist with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Biochemistry from California State University-Sacramento, earned in 2020. They served as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at California State University-Sacramento, where they grew and cultured epithelial mammary gland cells and conducted various cytotoxicity assays. Currently, Yareli is employed as a Formulation Development Scientist at Genentech and as a Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Additionally, Yareli has gained experience in the healthcare and library sectors, serving as a Chiropractor Intern at Greenhaven Chiropractic and a Library Assistant at Sacramento Public Library.
