Manejeh Yaqub is an experienced medical director with a strong background in safety science and clinical affairs, currently serving as the Medical Director for Safety Science at Genentech. In this role, Manejeh oversees post-market surveillance and pharmacovigilance for novel products such as Vamikibart and Tenelectepase, and has also held significant positions including Medical Device Clinical Safety Lead for Susvimo, focusing on risk management and clinical evaluations. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Stryker, where Manejeh directed global clinical evidence to advance stroke treatment, and at Medtronic, leading a global medical safety team. Manejeh's expertise is further underscored by establishing the first Clinical Events Committee at Clinipace and managing clinical affairs at Elixir Medical Corporation. Manejeh holds a Doctor of Medicine from Sher I Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences and completed foundational education at AMU.
