Jay Kostrzewa is an accomplished Learning and Development Director with extensive experience in leading global initiatives across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Director for Finance and Corporate Programs at GE HealthCare, Jay is responsible for directing learning and development efforts for Global Finance. Prior roles include Senior Director of Global Learning & Development at Jabil, overseeing talent development for senior leadership, and Head of G&A Learning & Development at Amazon, where Jay managed global learning for Finance and other corporate functions. Jay's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at UnitedHealth Group, leading learning initiatives for the Optum Technology division, as well as a leadership role at CNA Insurance focusing on Knowledge and Learning functions. Jay holds an MBA from DePaul University and has completed several advanced leadership programs, including those at The Wharton School and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
