Matthew Balnaves is an accomplished sales and strategy leader with extensive experience in the construction and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the National Sales Director at Geberit since November 2025, Matthew has previously held key positions at wienerberger UK as Head of Commercial Excellence and at Agent as Head of Strategy during a period of growth. From 2008 to 2023, Matthew worked at Hilti Great Britain, progressing through various roles including Northern Europe Trade Manager and Regional Manager, focusing on strategic execution and team leadership. Matthew holds an MBA from Lancaster University, a Certificate in Leadership & Social Entrepreneurship from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, and a BA Hons in Politics from Newcastle University.
