Nico Menze is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in SAP Basis administration and IT service management. They began their career as a SAP Basis Administrator at GEA IT Services GmbH from 2009 to 2015, before advancing to various roles at GEA Group, including IT Solution Coordinator and Senior Manager IT Service Owner for ERP Operations. Currently, Nico serves as the Director of IT Service for Enterprise Content Management and Master Data Governance at GEA Group, where they are responsible for overseeing service lifecycle management and driving service excellence. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Informatics from Universität Paderborn, obtained in 2008.
