Rania holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, a Master's in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management, a Diploma in Total Quality Management, and a Six Sigma certification. They have previously served as a Regional Lean Manager at GE Vernova and have held various quality management roles at companies including FieldCore and Alstom Power. Rania is passionate about eliminating waste and building sustainable systems, viewing process improvement as both a professional pursuit and a personal hobby.
