Jeff Scolnick is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at GE Vernova, where they design and lead the global Talent Acquisition strategy. Previously, they served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Eaton Corporation, overseeing a global team and delivering diverse candidate pipelines. Scolnick has also worked as a Senior Director for Talent Acquisition at Stryker and held positions at Red Hat and Integis. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Miami University and an MBA in Industrial Labor Relations from Cleveland State University.
