Fabrício Varraschim is a Director of Construction & Commissioning Operations at GE Vernova, leading multifunctional teams and subcontractors to ensure project execution aligns with client specifications. With over two decades of experience in engineering and project management, they have successfully managed numerous hydroelectric power plant projects across Latin America. Prior to their current role, Fabrício served as a Site Manager at Alstom Power, overseeing the execution of multiple large-scale projects and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from UNILINS and a Project Management certification from FIA.
