Pooriya Nezhadfar is an Advanced Lead Additive Manufacturing Engineer at GE Aerospace, where they focus on pioneering the qualification and certification of machines and materials in the aerospace sector. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and a Master’s degree in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Tehran, Pooriya has honed their expertise through various roles, including lab manager positions and a procurement engineer role at Tehran Sufa Valve Manufacturing Co. They are currently pursuing an MBA at Auburn University Harbert College of Business. Throughout their career, Pooriya has excelled in additive manufacturing, contributing to significant advancements in aerospace technology.
