Ericca Lambert is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at GE Aerospace, focusing on Global Quality and T&O Flight Deck. Previously, Ericca held various roles in human resources, including positions at GE Aviation and Eaton, where they garnered extensive experience as a Human Resources Administrator and Generalist.
