Previously, Michelle was the Senior Director of Global Talent and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at TTM Technologies, where Michelle led global talent strategy and inclusion efforts for a $2B+ organization. Michelle also directed talent acquisition and learning at Sierra Nevada Corporation, implementing human capital strategies, and held various leadership roles at Lockheed Martin, managing talent acquisition strategies for a division exceeding $16B. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design from Penn State University.
