Previously, they served as a Principal Research Analyst in the International Projects Department at NORC at the University of Chicago, managing data collection and analysis for large-scale international surveys across various sectors. Their experience also includes roles at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, where they assisted with international macroeconomic research, and Innovations for Poverty Action, where they supported research projects aimed at alleviating poverty.
