Michel Loro is an Associate Director of UX Design at Gartner, where they are establishing the UX Center of Excellence and driving user-centric design strategies. With extensive experience ranging from UX/UI Design Team Lead at GlobalLogic to lead roles in design management at Zurich Insurance, Michel has developed a diverse skill set in user-centered design and Design Thinking. Currently, as a UX/UI Mentor at Springboard, they guide students through a one-year course, helping to shape the next generation of designers. Michel holds a degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Universidad de Málaga.
