Marta Pinyol currently serves as Associate Director for Europe Midsize Enterprise Sales at Gartner, a position held since August 2018, with previous roles in the same department including Recruiting Manager and Recruiter. Prior to Gartner, Marta worked at ESADE Business & Law School as a Sales & Recruitment professional focusing on DACH, Iberia, and Latin America, where candidate recruitment for MBA and Master’s programs was a key responsibility. Experience also includes sales and recruitment roles at I-Con Sports, where scholarship negotiations for elite athletes were successfully managed, as well as a Human Resources internship at Uppidy and a Public Relations Specialist position at Grupo COSTA ESTE. Marta holds a PDD in Business Administration from IESE Business School and has dual Bachelor's degrees in Business/Corporate Communications and Psychology from Longwood University, complemented by a Master's in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Eriksonian Hypnosis from the Centre de Teràpia Breu de Barcelona.
