Hiten Sheth is a digital transformation program manager with a focus on HR technology and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Research and Advisory at Gartner since 2022. Previously, Hiten worked as an HR Technology Program Manager at Pearson from 2016 to 2022 and held various roles at Credit Suisse from 2005 to 2009, specializing in Peoplesoft finance technology.
