Gretchen Gurr is a transformational learning and development leader with extensive experience in optimizing AI and managing change. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Leadership & Professional Development at Gartner, Gurr previously directed people development at Contentful and held various educational roles, including Department Chair and Curriculum Developer at New Haven Public Schools. Gurr earned a Bachelor of Science in History/Education from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instructional Design from Western Governors University. Recognized for their contributions to education, Gurr was awarded History Teacher of the Year in Connecticut in 2012.
