With over 30 years of executive experience, they have held roles such as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Credit Officer in regulated financial institutions, overseeing governance, compliance, and enterprise risk management. Martens is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Financial Services Auditor, and a Registered Bank Examiner, having served as the Chief Accountant at a financial institution regulator in Washington D.C. They hold an MS in Finance from The George Washington University and have completed the Advanced Risk Management Program at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
