Kenneth Congelosi CSI, CDT has over two decades of experience in sales and marketing within the construction materials industry. Currently serving as the South Central U.S. Sales Manager for The Garland Company, Inc. since October 2010, Kenneth focuses on collaborating with architectural firms to ensure specifications for IMETCO metal roofing and related systems are accurately written, while also conducting AIA-approved presentations on current metal roofing solutions and LEED education. Prior roles include Architectural Sales Representative for W.R. Grace, where responsibilities included managing sales for waterproofing, fireproofing, and roofing products, and Commercial Territory Manager at GAF Materials, where Kenneth built essential relationships within the roofing sector in South Texas. Kenneth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Marketing from the University of North Texas.
