Simon Xu Meng is a Principal Systems Engineer and medical device systems leader with over 15 years of experience in systems engineering and medical devices, focusing on implantable neuromodulation and critical care technologies. Currently, they direct systems engineering at Galvani Bioelectronics, overseeing requirements, system architecture, and verification across multiple teams. Previously, Simon led development initiatives at Vyaire Medical, enhancing reliability engineering and risk management protocols. They hold a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and have a strong background in system architecture, hardware design, and regulatory compliance.
