Aoife Molloy is a professional with a background in food science and diverse experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Raw Material and Supplier Technologist at Galmere Fresh Foods since August 2023, Aoife previously held the position of Quality Technician. Prior experience includes roles as a Soccer Coach at Power Soccer Inc. from June 2014 to August 2023 and as an Exam Supervisor for the State Examinations Commission in June 2023. Additionally, Aoife worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Aurivo Co-operative Society Limited from January 2022 to August 2022. Aoife earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from the University of Limerick.
